By virtue of Entry No. 86 dated the 13th day of September 1845 Carroll County
Founded On twentyfive dollars in hand paid the Entry taker of Said County I
have Surveyed for Edward Gwin two hundred acres of land Situated in Carroll
County aforesaid on range 3 and Section 3 Beginning on a stake with a Small red
oak pointer on the section line 500 poles East of the north west corner of Said
Section Running thence east with the Section runs 16 poles to a hickory with
pointers thence South 200 poles to a stake with Small maple & black gum pointers
thence west 160 poles to stake with post oak black oak & hickory pointers thence
north 200 poles to the beginning
Surveyed June the 9th 1846.
