Gibson County Court Nov. Term 1866



To the Worshipful County Court of Gibson County In obedience of the Statute

and such case made I make to your Worships the following Report of all the

property, which has come into my hands by virtue of my appointment at the -

term of this Court as Guardian of MARY & SUSAN & HENRIETTA & RICHARD and THOS.

PAYNE my own children & legatees of  their Grand father RICHARD WELCH

deceased. I have received one thousand and eighty two dollars in money for

each of the above minors, accounting in all to nine hundred & ten dollars. All

of which is respectfully Submitted this 6th day Nov. 1866. T.N. PAYNE Guardian

THOS. N. PAYNE made oath in open court that the forgoing report is full true &

henceforth to the best of his knowledge & belief this 6th day of Nov. 1866.
